The Opportunity: Take the Lead at Breakwater
Are you a high-energy parts expert who thrives when given the keys to the kingdom? Sunshine Wreckers, a key brand under the Jami Auto Parts Group, is looking for a self-driven Sales & Parts Interpreter to manage and grow our Breakwater (Geelong) location.
This isn’t just a desk job—it is a pivotal role where you will be working autonomously and managing the day-to-day sales operations of the store. You will report directly to the Director, giving you the support of a major group but the freedom to run the site like it’s your own.
The Role
As the face of Sunshine Wreckers in Breakwater, you will handle the full sales cycle for this location.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inbound Sales Management: Handling all inbound phone inquiries specifically for the Sunshine Wreckers brand.
* Front Desk & Counter Sales: Providing expert, face-to-face service to walk-in retail and trade customers.
* Autonomous Operation: Managing your workflow, quotes, and customer follow-ups independently.
* System Mastery: Utilizing Pinnacle and PartsCheck to source inventory across our entire group network (including Car Busters, Hyon All Parts, Toyospares, Toy Parts, Troubles Wrecking, Sunshine Wreckers & Jami Tyres & Auto)
* Reporting: Providing direct updates to the Company Director on site performance and sales.
Must-Have Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet all the following criteria:
* ✅ Victorian Residency: You must currently reside in Victoria to be considered for this position.
* ✅ The \"Pinnacle\" Standard: Proven, hands-on experience with Pinnacle and PartsCheck is mandatory.
* ✅ Proven Experience: Extensive background in auto parts interpreting (Wrecking industry experience is highly valued).
* ✅ Self-Drive: The ability to work alone and stay productive without constant supervision.
* ✅ High Energy: A vibrant, professional personality for both phone and over-the-counter sales.
* ✅ Communication: Fluent English with clear verbal and professional written skills.
* ✅ Citizenship: Must be an Australian Citizen or hold unrestricted Australian working rights.
