Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking a Service Designer to support the delivery of customer-focused, digitally enabled services within a large Queensland Government digital environment. In this role, you will lead end-to-end service design initiatives that improve customer experience and deliver business value, with a strong focus on forms and digital services. You will work collaboratively within cross-functional agile teams to design, test and deliver new service patterns and digital products. Key responsibilities include: Leading and managing end-to-end service design activities informed by customer research and best practice Designing and facilitating customer and stakeholder workshops, including co-design sessions Conducting and analysing customer research from primary and secondary sources Producing service design artefacts such as journey maps, personas, service blueprints, user flows and wireframes Contributing to agile delivery from concept development through to implementation Prototyping and validating solutions using established design patterns, components and platforms To be successful, you will demonstrate: Strong experience in service design and human-centred design methodologies Experience designing and facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement activities Ability to translate research insights into clear, actionable design outputs Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of customer-focused digital services that make a genuine impact for Queenslanders. 5.
