JOB DETAILS:
You will deliver high level clinical pharmacy services as a member of a multidisciplinary team to Hospital and Health Service stakeholders / customers. Providing pharmacy services to patients with a complex and varied workload; with a high degree of independence and initiative; to develop services and promote and maintain best practice care to patients.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree in Pharmacy
* Hospital Pharmacy experience is Mandatory for all hospital roles
* Relevant licensing & registration with full AHPRA are essential
* Police check (within the past 6 months)
* Driver’s Licence
* Evidence of relevant qualifications
* Evidence of Australian work rights (current visa or birth certificate)
* Full working rights in Australia - current VISA, PR or Citizenship
