Retail Supervisor Dominos (Innisfail QLD)
Location : Shop 2 & 3, 1 Clare Street, Innisfail QLD ****
Position : Full-time (38 hours per week)
Salary : $65,000 to $70,000 per annum plus superannuation
Octapieces Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Retail Supervisor to join our Dominos store in Innisfail, QLD.
The successful candidate will lead day-to-day store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and supervise staff to maintain Dominos high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure customers receive prompt service and high-quality food products.
Respond to customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Plan, prepare, and manage staff rosters, allocating tasks and duties effectively.
Recruit, train, supervise, evaluate, and support staff performance.
Provide coaching to staff on food safety, service standards, and handling complex service situations.
Oversee shift operations, including opening, closing, and security procedures.
Conduct stocktakes, forecast demand, and place supplier orders.
Ensure menu items and promotions are correctly priced, prepared, and displayed.
Monitor budgets, labour costs, and implement cost-control measures to support profitability.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and security procedures.
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or quick service restaurants (supervisory experience at Dominos highly regarded).
Leadership and management qualifications preferred, with a minimum Certificate II required.
Strong coaching and staff development skills to drive high performance.
Ability to maintain and elevate quality standards in the store.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team motivation abilities.
Strong organisational, time management, and planning skills.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
