**About the Role**
- Provide support to proofread and format business documents.
- Create and maintain documents and publishing to internal and external audiences, including
- End User documentation in a variety of formats.
- End User training material in a variety of formats. FAQs, bulletins, and glossaries
- Instructional videos o Software release notes.
- Technical documentation of Install/upgrade guides
- Ensure published documentation, internal and external, aligns with branding guidelines.
- Identify documentation gaps, develop resources to fill gaps and publish.
- Develop and maintain familiarity with the suite of documentation and resources within to enable action to plan and complete updating as required.
- Liaise with Project stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (e.g., Project Managers, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Software Release Coordinator, Developers, Support Teams, and Technical Writer Lead and colleagues).
- Mentor and assist new team members as required by sharing experience, knowledge, and skills.
- Actively participate in the planning of technical writing contribution to business projects.
- Providing consultancy regarding recommendations for resources aligned with projects and target audiences.
- Maintain daily attendance clock in and clock out and accurate tracking and recording of time spent on tasks using internal attendance and time tracking systems.
**About You**
- Ability to work independently with mínimal direction.
- Ability to take ownership of assigned projects to consult, plan, and create support documentation (suited to the target audience) to deliver and publish by due dates.
- Prior experience contributing documentation and resources in support of software projects.
- Ability to translate complex technical information and processes for a non-technical audience.
- Professional qualifications in Business, Technical Writing Information Technology, and/or Education and Training. Minimum three years' experience Technical Writing for Software.
- Experience collaborating on software projects to provide documentation resources.
- Proficient knowledge and experience using MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Prior experience creating, maintaining, and publishing printed, electronic (PDF) and web-based content
- Understanding of tools used by Technical Writers e.g., MadCap Flare, Camtasia and Snagit.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- High standard for attention to detail to ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar, and formatting of documentation.
- Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business goals.
- Time management and planning skills to priorities assigned work tasks to deliver on time.

Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
Experience in the use of Madcap Flare.
