Key Responsibilities

Skills & Experience
We welcome people from healthcare, wellness, luxury retail, or customer service backgrounds — no dental experience required. * Proven experience in sales, consulting, or other patient-facing roles (e.g. healthcare, cosmetic, or luxury service industries)
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a naturally empathetic approach
* Confident, approachable, and professional in all interactions
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple patient journeys simultaneously
* Results-driven with the ability to influence decisions in a patient-first way
