The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, or key account management, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or B2B services. They will be able to build instant credibility with all audiences through clear, consultative communication and partner seamlessly across functions to deliver win-win outcomes.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* A proven track record of success in field-based business development or new-logo sales, with set annual targets.
* Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and sales analytics tools.
* The ability to generate and convert a healthy pipeline (25%+ conversion, 3x coverage).
