Contract Administrator - Hindmarsh Canberra
Hindmarsh Construction is seeking seasoned Contract Administrators to join our team for projects across industrial, residential, and education sectors in Canberra. The role supports procurement strategy, contract variations, claim processes, contract finalisation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Playing a crucial role in supporting our procurement strategy, ensuring seamless delivery every time.
* Managing both head and subcontract variation, making sure everything runs smoothly.
* Taking charge of the subcontractor and supplier claims process, in line with our subcontract and HCA system.
* Managing contract finalisation tasks such as defect management, manual creation, and variation tracking.
* Working with the team to compile monthly reports, helping us stay on track and achieve our goals.
Qualifications
* Completed construction degree or equivalent.
* 3‐6 years of commercial experience.
* On‐site experience using CHEOPS, Aconex and similar construction software.
* Proven experience in project‐based contract and financial administration, particularly in major building development.
* Self‐motivated, resilient, strong teamwork skills.
