A full-time position has arisen for a Lift Fitter (Lift Installation & Service) who is looking to excel in the lift industry and deliver the quality service we strive for.
About the role:
* Understand and implement drawings and blueprints provided to you
* Assemble and install elevator components using a range of both power and hand tool
* Identify faults in lift motors, brakes, switches and electrical and electronic control systems
* Undertake routine maintenance and servicing of lifts and escalators
* Replace worn or faulty parts in lift equipment
* Respond to emergency call-outs to repair lift equipment
About you:
* Have a Fitting/Electrical/Mechanical trade qualification or minimum 3 years' experience in the lift industry
* Knowledge of lift code requirements
* White card
* Valid driving license
* Own tools
* Commitment to safe practices and work health and safety measures
* Can-do attitude, quick on your feet, and a problem-solver
