Your new role
You will join as a Marketing Coordinator, playing a key role in creating visually compelling marketing materials and supporting campaigns for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Based in Geelong, you'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver high-quality design assets and assist with marketing initiatives that enhance brand presence.vExpanded responsibilities include:
Graphic Design:
* Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, signage, social media graphics, and digital assets.
* Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
* Prepare artwork for print and digital channels, liaising with suppliers for quality and timely delivery.
Digital & Social Media:
* Create visually engaging content for social media platforms and schedule posts.
* Monitor performance and provide insights to improve engagement.
Campaign Support:
* Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for property projects.
* Coordinate EDMs (email marketing) and track key metrics.
Content Collaboration:
* Work with the marketing team on copywriting for ads, listings, and digital campaigns.
Project Coordination:
* Maintain workflow systems, manage deadlines, and support events or promotional activities.
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality creative work under deadlines.
* Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude.
* Knowledge of digital and social media platforms.
* Ability to balance design creativity with marketing objectives.
