You will play a key role in shaping our business intelligence and analytics strategy, leading the design and delivery of scalable BI solutions that empower organisations to turn raw data into actionable insights.

What You'll Do
Lead the design, governance and delivery of modern BI and analytics solutions with a strong focus on Power BI and enterprise data modelling.
Architect efficient semantic models and reporting frameworks to enable self-service analytics and data democratisation.
Oversee the development and implementation of BI standards, ensuring consistency, scalability and performance across enterprise projects.
Partner with data engineering teams to align semantic layers with curated data pipelines and cloud data platforms (Azure, BigQuery, Databricks, Snowflake).
Manage stakeholder relationships, translating complex data requirements into actionable business insights and compelling visual stories.
Drive performance tuning, security and governance across Power BI Service and Microsoft Fabric environments.
Mentor BI developers and analysts, fostering capability building and continuous improvement within project delivery teams.
Contribute to PwC's data modernisation strategy and thought leadership in enterprise reporting innovation.
What We're Looking For
Experience delivering enterprise BI and data analytics solutions, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Expertise in Power BI development, DAX optimisation and advanced semantic modelling.
Strong understanding of dimensional modelling and data warehouse principles.
Proficiency with SQL and ELT / ETL pipelines; familiarity with Python or other scripting languages considered a plus.
Experience in other reporting tools such as Tableau, Qlik or Looker is preferred.
Proven ability to manage BI delivery end-to-end, from strategy and architecture to deployment and stakeholder training.
Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across business and technical teams.
