Primary responsibilities include, but are not confined to

• Listing and selling properties
• Engaging in prospecting and cold calling
• Communicating with vendors and buyers
• Conducting open for inspections
• Coordinating with solicitors
• Implementing property marketing strategies
• Driving business development efforts

Essential characteristics for a successful Salesperson

• Minimum 3 years in Real Estate Sales
• A current Agent's Representative certificate
• A Car & Drivers Licence
• Ambition to succeed
• Patient, positive attitude and great people skills
• Self-motivated, knowledgeable and self-disciplined
