We are pleased to be partnering with our client - a highly regarded specialist in maintenance and earthmoving equipment - to recruit an experienced and motivated Mobile Plant Supervisor. This position offers an excellent opportunity to lead a small, skilled crew while working with a diverse and well-maintained fleet, all within a structured and supportive work environment. Position Overview: Roster: FIFO 8/6 (days only) Commencement: Anticipated start date of 10th July (Thursday fly-in) Team Structure: Overseeing a team of two fitters and one servicemam Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily maintenance and service operations across a varied fleet Ensure compliance with site safety, reporting, and operational procedures Utilise internal systems (e.g., Pronto) for parts management and reporting Provide leadership and support to crew members, ensuring high standards of performance and safety Candidate Requirements: Mobile Plant or Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification Completion of the two statutory supervision units of competency (mandatory) Demonstrated supervisory experience in a similar environment Proficiency in using Pronto or similar internal systems Valid National Police Clearance (issued within the past 6 months) Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical, including Drug & Alcohol screening Ready to take the next step in your career?
