About The Role
We’re looking for compassionate and skilled Support Workers to join our Accommodation Services team. There are two casual positions and three part-time positions (30 hours per week) available. In this role, you will support clients with high support needs, including individuals who use wheelchairs and require medical support, enabling them to live with dignity and independence.
The role involves personal care, daily living support, and promoting autonomy within shared living environments.

Essential
Skills and Experience:
Experience supporting high-needs disability clientsConfidence in manual handling and use of aidsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsFlexibility for varied shifts and rostered workBasic Microsoft Office skills (Word & Outlook)Current Driver’s Licence, Working With Children Check, NSW NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check
Desirable
Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent)Knowledge of NDIA processes
