We are looking for a dynamic outgoing individual that loves interacting with people and contributing to a team. This role's core focus will be to provide support to clients in their everyday use of our health information management software products and help create documentation and other training material to further enhance the support experience for our clients.
Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.
This role does not require technical knowledge, product training will be provided.
The role involves:
* Providing support to customers via phone, email, or video conferencing
* Troubleshooting and resolve issues related to our products and services
* Onboarding new clients
* Staying abreast of emerging product features
* Documenting customer interactions and issues in the support management system
* Participating in the product improvement process
* Creating and updating product documentation & media
* Running client training sessions
The position involves contact with clients face-to-face online, by phone and by email, as such, good communication, customer service and time management skills are essential.
A minimum of 3+ years of customer service experience is required for this position.
Hybrid working environment - working in the office a minimum of 2 days per week. Our office is in Bendigo, Victoria.
