We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager to lead testing initiatives within the transport and distribution industry. This temporary role, based in Melbourne, offers a chance to utilise your expertise in managing testing processes and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Description
* Lead the full testing lifecycle for a greenfield mobile application, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT phases.
* Manage and mentor a cross-functional testing team, both onshore and offshore, across manual and automation streams.
* Define and execute a strategic test plan, ensuring alignment with business goals, risk management, and delivery milestones.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders and Agile squads to ensure quality outcomes, clear reporting, and readiness for release.
Profile
* Extensive leadership in enterprise testing: 10+ years in test management, with a proven ability to lead diverse teams across manual and automation streams in high-pressure environments.
* Deep expertise in mobile and eCommerce platforms: Hands-on experience delivering quality assurance for complex, customer-facing applications with high transaction volumes.
* Strategic and technical acumen: Skilled in defining and executing test strategies, managing risks, and leveraging tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and automation frameworks.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement: Comfortable working with Agile squads and executive leadership, with strong communication and decision-making skills.
