Is looking for a hardworking Assistant Property Manager to join their team. They are a vibrant and fun team based in the South Side of Brisbane and provide a laid back environment with career progression on offer.

The Role
- Assist the Property Manager with out of office duties
- Properties all within close proximity to the office
- Liaise with tenants and landlords
- Complete entries, exits & routines
- Assist with administrative duties & conduct open homes
- Properties all located within 5-10km of the office
- Cloud-based software used
The Requirements
- At least 6 months experience in Property Management or Real Estate Administration roles
- Must have current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Driver's license
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Honest, energetic and a TEAM PLAYER
