Trade Counter
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Position (Trade Counter). This role is an ongoing casual position that will go permanent after the probation period. Our Client is a large well respected trade warehouse (National) that offers fantastic opportunities and incentives. We are seeking dynamic people with strong work ethics and a focus on safety in the workplace. Location: Winnellie
To be successful, you will have:
* Completing first contact enquiries
* Inbound calls and email responses
* General administration duties including data entry, diary management, file and document management
* Invoice processing
* Quality record-keeping and documentation/data integrity
* POS (Trade Counter) (Cash & Eftpos)
* Proactively promote the organisation's range of services to increase conversions.
* Coordinate customer service requests and transactions
* Identify new business
* Achieve individual key performance indicators
About you:
* Exceptional communication skills
* Experience in a previous customer service and or trade counter role
* Have the ability to prioritise work load and multi-task
* Ability to work well in a team
* Work in and adapt to a changing environment
* Demonstrate a high level of relevant computer literacy skills
* Commitment to holistic customer service
* Have a strong commitment to safety
* Must have strong work ethics, be punctual and reliable
* Be able to work efficiently & accurately within a small team
* Have attention to detail and customer service
