Key Responsibilities:

1. Effectively resolve workplace technology service incidents and requests, keeping customers informed of progress and escalating where necessary.

2. Follow request management process and governance.

3. Take ownership of documentation regarding support issues and requests.

4. Ensure all relevant security and management tools are operational and exceptions are managed.

5. Meet all IT asset management process requirements in accordance with NBCU policy.
