What You\u2019ll Be Doing

Were looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join our Digital, Delivery and Enablement team and play a key role in delivering high quality IT support across the business. This is a hands-on role where youll be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing expert troubleshooting, managing incidents and requests, and ensuring a great experience for internal stakeholders.

* Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests, manage and resolve issues in line with agreed service levels
* Triage, prioritise and escalate incidents and requests using ITSM best practices
* Provide desktop, network and application support (onsite and remote)
* Administer user accounts, permissions and access across systems including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Oracle OMS
* Support and administer SharePoint sites, permissions and workflows
* Coordinate IT hardware and software provisioning and maintain the IT asset register
* Write and update knowledge base articles to promote self-service and continuous improvement
* Work closely with the broader IT team, business stakeholders and vendors
* Contribute to ongoing service improvements
What You Have
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and calmly
* Experience supporting Windows operating systems (desktop and server environments)
* Experience with Oracle Asset Management System (OMS) essential, including administration and support
* Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune, SCCM and ITSM tools (such as Halo, ServiceNow or Jira)
* Experience supporting SharePoint (site management, permissions, workflows and governance)
* Solid incident and problem management experience
* A customer-first mindset, with patience, empathy and the ability to perform under pressure
* A genuine interest in learning, sharing knowledge and improving service delivery
