X Landscaping is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced, hands‑on Landscape Team Leader to run one of our residential project sites.
We are a VBA‑registered, fully insured landscape construction company delivering high‑quality projects across Melbourne's southeast.

About the Role
This is a hands‑on leadership role. You will be responsible for:
* Running your own job site
* Leading and supervising a team
* Delivering projects including paving, decking, retaining walls, fencing, concreting, turf, planting, and more
* Ensuring workmanship meets professional standards
* Organising tools, materials, and daily workflow
* Maintaining site cleanliness and safety
* Problem‑solving on site and ensuring efficient project execution
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the tools, can take ownership of a site, and is ready to step into a stable leadership role.
What We're Looking For
* Strong skills in hardscape works (paving, concrete finishing, retaining walls, decks, fencing, etc.)
* Ability to work independently and lead a team
* Reliable, motivated, and detail‑oriented
* Good communication with the internal team
* Valid driver's licence (required)
* Operating machinery experience is preferred.
