About the Role
You will be in a position that will offer you an opportunity to manage a large portfolio of Australian and overseas Trade Marks.
You will be reporting directly to the Practice Manager and Principal Director, and your main focus will be on providing advice to our existing clients while developing a new portfolio.
You will be working full-time at the Helensvale Office, Gold Coast. Opportunity for experienced candidates to work remotely if located outside of Gold Coast,

About You
You will have an open mind and willingness to learn and adapt to meet our client’s needs, including ability to take detailed instructions from clients and provide the appropriate advice.

* 3+ years experience as a lawyer or attorney in IP / Trade Mark Law;
* Ability to work as a team with strong interpersonal skills;

* 2+ years experience working with SMEs;
* Experience with high-level design/patent advice;
* Exposure to Office 365, Clio, NetDocuments or any similar software;
* Previous experience in team management;
