Your new role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Associate (6+ PAE) or Special Counsel (8+ PAE) to join a well-established Dispute Resolution team in Canberra.
Working closely with senior practitioners, you will manage a diverse portfolio of complex and high-profile matters, including:
Government related litigation and disputes
Class actions and major civil claims
Regulatory and enforcement matters
Complex commercial disputes across construction, infrastructure, technology and procurement
Merits and judicial review proceedings
Investigations, enquiries and commissions
Advisory work across a broad range of dispute-focused issues

What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking a lawyer who brings:
6+ years PAE in litigation, disputes or regulatory matters
Experience from private practice, government or a public sector legal office
Strong analytical ability and commercial awareness
Confidence engaging with government stakeholders and senior clients
A proactive, team-focused mindset and commitment to mentoring junior lawyers
The ability to work independently on complex matters
Eligibility to obtain AGSVA security clearance
