About the Role

As a team leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive a consistently safe and welcoming shopping experience.

* You will be responsible for managing all trolleys, trolley collection, and cleaning services to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
* Your goal is to deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring that stores are clean and trolleys are available for customers.

We are looking for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.


About You and Your Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team through leading by example.
* The ability to safely complete tasks such as pushing/pulling floor cleaning equipment and machinery.
* A focus on safety and compliance for team members and customers.
* The ability to lift heavy items up to 16kg.
* Great communication, time management, and task prioritisation skills.
