Senior Project Manager – Major Education Building Projects ($80M)
Our client is a tier 2 main contractor that specialises in commercial, residential, health and eductaion building projects ranging from $50M to $200M. They’re seeking an experienced construction professional with strong leadership skills and a proven track record to initially take the lead on an $80Mil school project.
What You’ll Do
* Lead end‑to‑end delivery of major building projects
* Manage programs, budgets, resources, and stakeholder relationships
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
* Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies
* Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and safety standards
* Mentor and guide a high-performing project team
* Report project progress and risks to senior leadership
What You Bring
* Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
* 7+ years delivering large‑scale building projects ($50M+)
* Strong commercial and technical construction knowledge
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
* Proficiency with construction and project management software
