Local Community Consultant – Medibank
About the Role
Full-time position based at the Aitkenvale store with a flexible rotating roster from 8 am to 8 pm Monday-Friday, with some Saturday work.
Act as the primary link between Medibank's products and services and the local community.
Own the customer experience, delivering end-to-end support across multiple channels – in-store, over the phone, in the community, or via messaging.
Resolve everyday challenges, adapt quickly, and keep customers at the heart of everything you do.
About you
Multitasker capable of supporting customers across messaging, face-to-face, and phone channels.
Passionate about serving the local community and building lasting customer relationships.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented, ensuring accurate interactions and safeguarding privacy.
