We are seeking a skilled Sales Administrator to support our team in this key role.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate sales processes and deliver results for the sales organization.
* Provide timely responses to customer enquiries via email, forms, and calls, escalating as necessary.
* Support branch personnel in the sale of products to retail customers with documented tasks.
* Compile budgetary quotes by gathering technical data, customer presentations, lead times, and other relevant information.
* Schedule customer visits and events, including execution and preparation.
* Process orders, issue acknowledgements, invoices, and shipping notices.
* Communicate order status, inventory levels, and associated information to customer-facing sales teams.
* Assist in resolving customer issues, including shipment and after-sales support.
* Analyze and report on inventory/stock levels.
* Prepare finance forecasts and present project financial data to leadership and finance departments.
Movex/SAP Operations
* Create and manage customer accounts, vendors, and invoices.
* Process orders, allocate inventory to projects, and provide sales executive support.
* Manage administration tasks, bid creation, sales reports, CRM support, and communication of finance data.
Requirements
* Interim level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
* Strong planning, organizational, finance, and time management skills.
* A continuous improvement mindset.
* Prior experience with SAP S4Hanna is an asset.
