Job Opportunity:
Colliers is seeking an experienced sales expert to join their expanding team based in Ballarat. This role will involve leading the Victorian initiative in commercial property sales, listings and marketing across the region.
Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
* Source, list, sell and lease commercial properties across Ballarat and surrounding areas
* Maintain an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers
* Negotiate property transactions from start to finish
* Conduct inspections and other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Entrepreneurial and commercially astute, ideally with B2B experience;
An excellent communicator with the ability to converse with diverse stakeholders;
Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate;
Willingness to learn and ambitions to grow;
