Facilities Maintenance Professional
We are seeking a dedicated maintenance professional to work in an aged care facility.
* Engage with residents while addressing their maintenance needs.
* Possess excellent attention to detail and strong general handyman skills.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure the home remains in pristine condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Include but not limited to:
1. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs.
2. Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs.
3. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and concerns.
Requirements:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
