The details:
* MRAEL would employ you for the duration of the four-year apprenticeship.
* Full time hours – Monday to Friday.
* Full entitlements including four weeks of holidays for the year.
* Theory training conducted by CQUniversity (Ooralea Campus) in one-week blocks.
* Mentoring and support provided throughout the traineeship.
* Your workplace supervisors would provide daily coaching and opportunity for growth.
The role encompasses learning and being involved in the following tasks:
* Sheet metal work.
* Structural steel work.
* General welding.
* Workshop cleaning and maintenance;
* The completion of all theory aspects of the qualification.
Wage:
* National Apprenticeship Wage applies.
Desirable criteria:
* Forklift ticket beneficial but not Essential
Essential criteria:
* Drivers licence.
