* Salary: $67,589 - $72,033 p.a. (pro rata) – ASO3 - Full-Time Temporary, up until 2 February 2027

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as an Administration Coordinator within the Cancer Centre, Division of Medicine.

The Clinic Services Administrative Coordinator – Cancer Centre (CSAC) is responsible for the management, administration and technical support of the automated Cancer Centre appointment booking systems providing Cancer Centre clinic schedule templates, booking appointments in line with wait list management policy. In this role you will ensure the day-to-day administrative functions of the Cancer Centre Unit are effectively delivered.

The CSAC - Cancer Centre assists clinical and administrative staff in the operations of the Cancer Centre service. This role is the primary contact for clinical and clerical personnel in regard to technical support and management of the Cancer Centre administrative processes, providing accurate, timely and well-developed support in response to business practice in a high-volume department in a large teaching hospital.

As the CSAC – Cancer Centre you will facilitate and supervise other departmental administrative activities including on-call medical rosters, departmental management and governance activities, and other administrative activities as required.
