Business Support Centre Executive Assistant Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in providing high-quality administrative support.
* Prepare and manage expense claims for Senior Managers and Directors using the firm's processing system, ensuring compliance with policy meeting deadlines.
* Coordinate and respond to emails in EY's Security shared mailbox, supporting baseline security applications.
* Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, manage logistics, arrange travel bookings in accordance with firm policies, prepare itineraries, and track costs.
* Organize client events following guidelines, manage catering and AV needs, coordinate group travel and accommodation, and secure venues using internal contacts.
* Conduct research, manage client database entries, provide coaching for new team members, process payment requests, and engage in performance development while supporting team projects and tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in a team environment providing secretarial services.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience in delivering technical training or coaching.
* Candidates must be located in Sydney or Melbourne and be Australian citizens with the ability to obtain NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
