Duties
* Managing full site setup, logistics, and daily operations
* Coordinating and overseeing all trades, subcontractors, and site personnel
* Monitoring construction progress to ensure program timelines and quality standards are met
* Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (OH&S) regulations on site
* Leading site meetings and liaising with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
* Reporting to senior management on project progress, risks, and site issues
Requirements
* Minimum 4+ years local experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects
* Proven track record managing commercial projects up to $30m in value
* Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
* Strong understanding of OH&S regulations and site compliance
* Ability to manage teams and subcontractors independently with minimal supervision
