**Your Impact**
Reporting into the Manager - Spend Smart, the Spend Analyst will form an important part of the procurement and cost optimisation stream within Asahi's Transformation agenda. This role will support the Spend Smart program within this pillar of transformation.
**Key responsibilities**
- Support the implementation and ongoing operations of the Spend Smart program.
- Manage communications, change plans and stakeholder engagement across the Spend Smart program.
- Lead routine reviews of Spend Smart thresholds, guidelines, and operations.
- Champion Group Transformation agenda, including Spend Smart and all other value streams.
- Provide end to end support and governance over the Procurement & Sustainability Group function.
- Support Procurement managers (Indirects) in delivering value initiatives identified within the Spend Smart program.
- Help drive and enable key cost reductions and delivery of budgeted savings.
- Innovation on process/systems to make Asahi Beverages purchasing more competitive.
- Drive reporting and governance mechanisms to support the Spend Smart program.
**About You**
- Experience within Procurement, Spend optimisation, Finance, Supply is ideal
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Commercial / financial literacy
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, SAP, data visualization tools (preferred)
