About the Opportunity: We are seeking an exceptional Pasta Production Chef to join the team. This role will focus on the preparation and production of our handcrafted pasta, ensuring the highest quality and consistency in every dish. *Morning shifts, typically between 6am–9am start, through to 2pm–5pm finish* The Ideal Candidate Must Have: Strong skills in pasta production, from dough-making to shaping and finishingExperience with Italian cuisine is essentialChef experience in an a-la-carte restaurantMeticulous attention to detail and a passion for precision in preparationAble to work morning shiftsHighly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periodsSolid understanding of food safety standardsProven ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing teamOrganisational and time management skillsQualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent Working with Lucas Restaurants: We exist to see our team succeed.
