At Prosperity Media, we're seeking an experienced office manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and support the smooth functioning of our office, working closely with the founder and the rest of the Management Team. We believe this is an ideal role for someone who wants to make a difference, while also looking after a life outside work.
About Prosperity MediaProsperity Media is an established SEO, Content + Digital PR Agency based in Surry Hills, Sydney, with over 30 staff, awarded the best SEO agency in Australia at the Semrush Awards and most recently Best Large Agency at the APAC Search Awards. We work with some of the most exciting brands in Australia such as St George, Pepsico, Macquarie Uni, Reckon, Danone, and high-growth companies to help them achieve their organic search goals.
Having grown massively over the last 12 months, we're looking for someone who can support our busy day-to-day operations by taking responsibility for the office and administrative tasks.

* You have strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees, clients, and vendors effectively.
* You have the ability to identify and resolve issues related to office operations, facilities, or staff.
* You can build relationships with colleagues, manage conflicts, and foster a positive office environment.
* Have the ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial compliance.
* You can efficiently manage time and deadlines to ensure smooth office operations.
* Assist our director with calls and booking meetings.
* You have the ability to plan and coordinate office projects, such as office moves, events/conferences, or technology upgrades.
* Comfort with changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
What will you do: Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.Handle all office-related issues or requests, which could be:Ordering office supplies and office snacks,Organising team lunchesOrganising the boardroom for client meetings, Maintaining an inviting and positive office atmosphere
* Managing the office phone
* General office maintenance
* Respond to incoming emails
* Respond to incoming calls
* Set up office policies and processes
* Order & set up new staff equipment
* Take the lead and support organising our conference, SEO Sydney Conference, where we host 300 SEOs over a 2-day conference (March 2026).
* Support for administrative client and HR work.
What we're looking for: Ideally, someone with 2+ years of experience as an office manager and/or as an executive assistant. Ideally for a marketing agency or professional services firm (e.g. law firm or accountant).
* Possess a high degree of determination and grit.
* Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
A self-starter with a positive attitude.Can juggle multiple projects at the same time.
* Highly organised.
* Not afraid to get involved and suggest improvements.
