About the role? As Portfolio Change manager you'll report to the Enterprise Change Practice Manager, with a dotted line reporting into the Future Operations Technology Manager and partnered with the Operations Technology Portfolio (OTP).
You will be responsible for leading and delivering all required artefacts, materials and activities to support the successful progressive change delivery within this key initiative Portfolio.

What you will be doing Work with the Enterprise Change Practice to continue to uplift AEMO's Change Maturity by rolling out and maintaining standards, improved practices, capabilities, technology, ways of working, and overall performance.
Develop and deliver all required materials, outputs, and solutions to drive consistent and effective Communications, Training/Learning, and Engagement.
Collaborate with internal enabling stakeholders (i.e., People and Culture, Communications, Stakeholder Engagement) to ensure all communications and engagement activities are aligned, consistent, and leveraging existing channels/approaches.
Attend and participate in mandatory regular Enterprise Change Practice Centre of Excellence meetings and any associated reporting.
Manage the OTP Portfolio Change Team in terms of Resource Estimation, Demand and Allocation Management, Quality Assurance reviews, and any required onboarding and off-boarding of Change Resources.
Leverage and contribute to the evolution of the AEMO Enterprise Change Framework, Principles, and supporting templates to deliver key artefacts (plans, strategies) whilst working with the Enterprise Change Practice and Change Assurance model to ensure required levels of quality and consistency.
Work with the OTP Portfolio Leadership team to support greater cross-collaboration with key stakeholders.
What you will bring to the role A wealth of experience across the full spectrum of Change Management and/or Transformation projects/programs, artefacts, tools, and techniques including large-scale complex technology and operating model initiatives.
Ideally Accreditation and/or Certification and working experience in the application of different Change Management methodologies (e.g., Kubler-Ross, Bridges Transition Model, PROSCI©, Human-Centred Design) desirable.
Expertise in Change Impact Assessment completion, Change Strategy/plans, Communications/Engagement, Training/Learning Strategies/Plans and activities/outcomes, Business Readiness Checks, and Business/Operational Handover and embedding.
Demonstrated experience in skills/behaviours including Continuous Planning, Strategic Thinking, Facilitation and Co-Design, and Coaching others in Change Management.
Demonstrated experience and understanding of Project Management approaches, tools, methodologies, and phases of the project lifecycle (Waterfall, Agile, Lean) and the ability to work in a project team.
