About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and skilled Composites Technician to join the team on a full time basis.
This role will play a critical part in the manufacturing, assembly, and production of advanced composite products for a diverse customer base, including civilian and defence sectors.
Reporting into the production team, you will be responsible for hands-on fabrication, operation of specialised equipment, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met, while also contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesFabricate composite parts and assemblies to specification using lay-up, filament winding, and vacuum infusion techniquesPrepare surfaces and apply primers, adhesives, and other required materialsOperate specialised equipment and machinery to cut, trim, layup, and finish composite componentsMaintain detailed records and documentation of the manufacturing processSkills & ExperienceMinimum 2–3 years' experience as a Composites Technician or in a similar manufacturing roleStrong knowledge of composite materials, fabrication techniques, and quality control processesRelevant trade qualification or certification in composites, fitting & turning, or a related field (preferred)MUST be an Australian citizenshipCurrent driver's licence and forklift licenceHow to ApplyTo apply online, please click on the Apply function.
