Join our Queensland Masterplanned Communities team as a Development Manager, working across our Brisbane Head Office, home and our Shoreline site in Redland Bay.
Shoreline is a premium masterplanned coastal community of more than 3,000 lots, set to include a vibrant foreshore, future town centre and major district sports park - all with sweeping views across Moreton Bay to Stradbroke Island. As the project moves into key planning, design, public realm and subdivision milestones, it's an exciting time to come on board and help bring this community to life.
An emerging development professional who enjoys the variety as this role offers the ideal blend of strategic planning, hands‐on delivery, and genuine ownership of precincts within a major coastal masterplanned community. You'll have the chance to step up, take on meaningful responsibility and work alongside supportive and experienced development professionals who want you to thrive.
What You'll Do
* Lead the delivery of key precincts within the Shoreline masterplanned community, from early concept through to completion.
* Oversee the delivery of significant open space, public realm and community‐shaping assets.
* Manage the full development lifecycle, including planning, design, approvals, subdivision, civil works and public realm implementation.
* Drive project performance through effective budget management, cashflow, feasibilities and reporting, identifying opportunities to optimise outcomes and returns.
* Partner closely with internal stakeholders across Development, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Project Management and Stakeholder Relations, as well as external consultants, contractors, authorities and builder partners.
* Champion design quality, customer experience and sustainability across all stages of the project.
About You
You're a development professional who thrives on variety and pace, enjoys being close to the project on site, and takes genuine pride in shaping a coastal community that residents will love.
Experience & Skills That Count
* Experience in residential land and/or masterplanned community development.
* Strong ability to coordinate multi‐disciplinary teams and manage consultants and contractors.
* Commercial acumen with experience in budgets, feasibilities and financial reporting.
* Understanding of planning and approvals processes within a development context.
* Tertiary qualifications in Property, Urban Development, Planning, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
