We are seeking highly skilled human resource professionals to join our People Helpline team.
Role Summary
As a Human Resource Officer, in our ATO People business area, you'll provide generalist, technical and strategic human resource (HR) advice to managers and employees.
Responsibilities
* Review the quality of work undertaken by others within your work group.
* Manage performance, allocate work and identify opportunities for on‐the‐job training.
Working Hours
Service the opening hours of the contact centre: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Location
These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non‐ongoing basis in Parramatta, Penrith or Wollongong.
