Job Summary
As a Motor Vehicle Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our comprehensive fleet of vehicles, heavy plant, and small fixed plant. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and be part of delivering high-quality services to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain all types of vehicles, heavy plant, and small fixed plant to ensure they are in good working condition.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements to prevent equipment breakdowns.
* Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
* Dual trade certificate or trade certificate plus post-trade qualifications in a related field or equivalent experience.
* Class C Driver's Licence.
* MVRIA Licence.
* NSW General Construction Induction card (Whitecard).
* Right to work in Australia.
