What You Will Do
* Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs) across home, school, and community environments.
* Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines.
* Work collaboratively with clients, families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Provide training, coaching, and capacity building to a multi-disciplinary team
* Monitor and review the effectiveness of interventions and make adjustments as needed.
* Prepare comprehensive, compliant documentation and reports within required timeframes.
* Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and evidence-based practice.
* Lead and mentor a team of Behaviour Support Clinicians.
* Maintain a varied Case load alongside your leadership responsibilities
