We are looking for a dynamic and strong 'Maintenance Coordinator' with a background in Electrical. This role represents a fantastic opportunity with one of WA's premiers in mining, with a roster 5/3 & 4/2.
**Core Accountabilities**:
- Reviews SAP Notifications and Finalises scope of work prior to notification approval.
- Creates work instructions to be included in the work pack.
- Considers the Rolling Major Events Calendar and relevant Total Equipment Strategies to determine what revision events occur in.
- Confirms resources and material availability and liaises with Inventory Planner.
- Establishes relationships with Supply and maintains regular engagement to ensure parts and materials are delivered on time.
- Host weekly shutdown interface meetings.
- Manages shutdown preparation tasks as per prep plan.
- Identifies opportunities for standardisation across sites.
- Increases efficiency and accuracy through repetition of tasks.
- Develops SAP Master Data to embed Standard Work Packages into Task Lists.
- Identify errors in Master Data and address inconsistency.
**Qualifications**:
- Mechanical, Electrical Trade or Engineering level of education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
**Previous Experience**:
- Specific knowledge of planning & scheduling and Work Management process is an advantage
- Ability to multitask & manage time effectively with varied priorities
- Clerical & Administrative competence
- Mechanical / Electrical fixed plant background or projects
