The Operations Trainer has the responsibility to enhance team member skills, optimize production outcomes, and contribute to overall operational excellence. The trainer will assist in creating SOPs, defining and documenting training programs and standard operating procedures that drive proficiencies.Essential Functions:Provide training/ Create SOP's for a wide array of manufacturing duties while assisting in ensuring safety in the workplace.Work with operations managers, area managers/supervisors and team members to constantly improve the long-term capabilities of the departments.Identify training needs and objectives, develop curricula and materials, schedule and conduct training sessions.Collaborate with and define sources to determine training needs and best practices for industry.
