Overview
Lead high-impact IT projects, by managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risk, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business strategy while fostering change management and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities

* Ensure smooth integration of project outcomes by managing project scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
* Drive change management and foster continuous improvement across teams.
* Guide project managers, business analysts, and teams in executing complex IT programs.
* Develop and maintain project management plans to guarantee project success and integration into business operations.
Qualifications
You have experience in managing change across key stakeholder groups and overseeing the planning and execution of IT programs, as well as delivering multiple projects through an expert team. This role requires a solid background in procurement management, including expertise in managing tenders, negotiating contracts, and overseeing performance assessments as needed. You should have effective management of people, technical abilities, scheduling responsibilities, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities and Lean initiatives within the team and across the business.
A relevant degree or equivalent industry experience, along with a project management qualification (e.g., RegPM, PMP, PRINCE2, or a Diploma in Project Management), or progress toward one, is essential for success in this position. Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is highly beneficial.
Salary and Benefits
Salary range $135,459 – $157,027 plus super.
