Support the CEO
As an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the CEO's effectiveness and productivity.
1. Communicate with senior-level executives both within and externally including coordinating meetings, distributing agendas, materials, and presentations, taking notes, and following up actions.
2. Manage professional scheduling for the CEO including meeting agendas, video calls, travel arrangements, customer visits, candidate interviews, and other company logistics.
You will also be responsible for building and coordinating the CEO's travel calendar, including booking all travel and ongoing management. Additionally, you will manage and report on expenses for the Office of the CEO.
Requirements
* 4+ years in Executive Assistant roles
* Exceptional attention to detail
* The ability to push back when appropriate
* Ambitious and keen to learn
* Communicate clearly and concisely
* Great pragmatism and prioritisation
* Ability to work independently with little direction
