OverviewAccount Coordinator (Customer Service) – Illawarra MercuryLocation: Port Kembla, NSW; hybrid options available (4 days in office, 1 day from home per week) with occasional presence at the Chullora, NSW office.
Applications close Wednesday, 17 September 2025.What You'll DoBe the key customer representative for a dedicated portfolio of accounts, maintaining high standards of service delivery.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide solutions and deliver product in line with customer business needs.Provide customers with real-time updates on product and service-related matters.Identify improvements in systems and processes and assist with implementing changes for internal teams and customers.What We're Looking ForExperience within a customer service environment.Strong relationship management and conflict resolution skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues and identify solutions.Experience with digital platforms, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and D365; adaptable to dynamic processes and changing system environments.What's In It For YouFull-time permanent position with a competitive remuneration package including attractive superannuation options and eligibility for the profit share/annual bonus.Hybrid working arrangement (4 days in office, 1 day from home per week).
