Job Description:
As a Direct-to-Home Smart Home Pro, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Providing expert installation and services for smart home technology, delivering the highest quality customer experience.
2. Becoming an expert on smart home technology through comprehensive training on industry-leading products.
3. Managing inventory and assets responsibly, ensuring seamless operations.
4. Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting smart home technology in customer homes with attention to detail and precision.
5. Creating solutions to protect and simplify customers' lives by leveraging smart home technology.
6. Performing routine maintenance and inventory checks on company products and equipment, upholding our high standards.
7. Clearly explaining system capabilities and operational instructions to customers, fostering trust and satisfaction.
8. Identifying opportunities for additional sales and services, enhancing revenue streams.
9. Leveraging service and installation appointments into leads and revenue-generating opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
1. Sales and/or field service experience, preferably with technical backgrounds such as construction or electrician work.
2. Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively.
3. Willingness to pass a criminal background check and maintain a clean driving record.
4. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular travel to customer sites.
