About the role and you
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead our efforts within the Gold Coast catchment area, generating revenue and expanding our reach by pursuing opportunities with the new and existing repairers and other referrers.
You will have structure by scheduling visits, the capability to educate repairers and referrers on our initiatives, procedures and point of different, as well as developing and utilising sales strategies.
You will be an excellent communicator who enjoys networking, making connections and building solid relationships. Your can-do attitude, ability to problem solve and motivation to work autonomously are a must.
Attention to detail and ability to ensure accurate, timely reporting and relevant commentary are entered into the CRM. You will use your problem solving and conflicting resolution skills to handle complaints and feedback and work in collaboration with all stakeholders for the best outcome.
You will have a valid driver’s license with a respectable driving record and ideally have experience in the motor vehicle hire industry.
