About Homes NT is seeking a reliable, organised, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative tasks, bookkeeping duties, and supporting daily business operations in a fast-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities
General administrative duties including filing, data entry, and record management
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process invoices, receipts, and bank reconciliations
Prepare and maintain financial reports as directed
Manage incoming calls, emails, and client communication
Maintain office supplies and support daily office operations
Provide administrative and accounts support to management
Other duties as reasonably requested
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in administration and/or bookkeeping preferred
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks) is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Positive communication skills and a skilled attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
